Callen Sapien

Callen Sapien is an executive leader specializing in GTM, strategy, operations, and product specially for the MSP space. Callen combines a combine deep technical understanding with extensive market expertise to drive innovation in the cyber space. He started his time in the MSP space helping a few friends go from break fix to Managed Services over a decade ago and then was an early employee as ConnectWise. While at ConnectWise his journey shifted from sales to strategy has given him unique insights into both the IT and security challenges around both partner and end customer needs. During his time in strategy he discovered a love for the product process and directly delivering value to users.

Over the past eight years, Callen has spent his time forging deep relationships across the entire MSP community and shaped security-focused product strategies that delivered significant impact leading to some excellent outcome for MSPs and vendors alike.

Most recently Callen has been the President and CISO for MSPbots a BI, AI, and automation platform for MSPs helping MSPs reduce human errors and scale profitably.  He is incredible excited to be joining Liongard as Chief Product Officer. His background has touched each aspect of the Attack Surface and he is ready to drive focus and work with a world class team to deliver value for Liongard partners and their clients. His product vision is one that enables companies that provide Managed Services to have better cyber outcomes faster leading to greater profitability and end customer satisfaction.
