Mayank Singhvi

Mayank Singhvi is a seasoned strategic finance and operations leader with over 25 years of global experience driving high-impact initiatives across PE/VC funding, acquisitions, IPO, SPAC, and business advisory. Renowned for his innovative mindset, Mayank has consistently propelled companies forward by implementing data-driven strategies, executing with precision, nurturing top-tier talent, managing capital efficiently, and integrating cutting-edge technology solutions.

At Liongard, Mayank will lead the company’s Finance, Operations, Human Capital, Information Technology, Legal and Compliance functions, ensuring the alignment of these critical areas with the company’s growth plans.

Prior to joining Liongard, Mayank served as Chief Financial Officer at EON Reality Inc., starting in 2021, where he was instrumental in transforming the company into a global leader in spatial AI and knowledge transfer. Previously, as Vice President of Finance (Head of Finance) at Securonix, a leading cybersecurity firm, he drove financial strategy and growth from 2016 onward, solidifying the company’s position in the market. Mayank was instrumental in securing capital, streamlining operations, and spearheading global expansion by transitioning the company to a SaaS platform, dramatically amplifying its international presence.

Mayank holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Bridgeport, CT, U.S.A. and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai, India.
