That’s why we’re so excited to announce enhancements to our IT Glue Integration that make it easy for MSPs to customize and control the way Liongard data lands in IT Glue.
Renaming Flexible Assets
We know how time-consuming it can be to manually search for information when it’s not optimally populated in your IT Glue instance. So, we’ve improved our import functionality and now allow partners to rename Flexible Assets within Liongard. This allows MSPs to use standardized naming conventions, makes data easier to find, and makes it look better too!

Improved Documentation Control
Many of our partners use IT Glue, so we know how critical it is to have flexibility when importing their data. That’s why we’re releasing the ability to import Liongard data into IT Glue as individual fields, tables, or both, depending on our partners’ preferences. With the addition of individual fields, we’ve unlocked the ability to use IT Glue’s built-in search and filtering tools for a more customizable experience and streamlined look.
