Scheduled Reports
Find yourself pulling the same report every month? Break the cycle with scheduled Reports! Through our Reports feature you can build a report one time, set the schedule and add email addresses to get data directly to a teammate’s inbox.
Scheduled Reports are great for billing, audits, project management and more. So, what can you do with Scheduled Reports?
- Schedule a monthly report for your billing team to review Microsoft 365 Licenses
- Schedule daily reports over a set period on changes to users and groups in Active Directory when onboarding new customers

SQL Server Inspector
Managing SQL Servers can be tough, especially without a Database Administrator on hand. That’s why we developed our SQL Server Inspector – to make it easier to manage your customers’ SQL Servers with easy-to-read data, change detections and alerts.
Historically, this Inspector has been part of our “Enhanced Inspectors,” with a separate charge for its use. To help you continue delivering excellent service to your customers, we’re excited to announce that starting October 6, the SQL Server Inspector will be free for all Partners as part of our Liongard Core offering!

Domotz Inspector
We’re thrilled to add Domotz, a network monitoring software, to our growing list of Inspectors. Domotz automatically analyzes the network and discovers all devices like model, MAC address, location, zone, software version, and IP addresses. This network inventory lands in Liongard to help you connect the dots for your customers.
Set up alerts to monitor “Uptime” on your Devices, ensuring your customers don’t miss a beat. Or build a report to review “Download Speed” and “Upload Speed” over time to implement data driven changes to the network set up.
