New Inspectors, Integrations!
NEW Acronis Cloud Inspector: This Inspector surfaces critical data from Acronis’ Backup and Disaster Recovery tool. With Liongard, you’ll no longer need special permissions to view the management of your Acronis Cloud settings.
We now integrate with HaloPSA!: Import and map companies, create and close tickets in HaloPSA based on Liongard’s Actionable Alerts, and support a more unified data ecosystem.
Automatically update customer invoices like a boss with the new Gradient MSP Integration. It helps you eliminate end of month billing headaches with a billing “easy button.”
Warranty Data Coming your Way and other Endpoint Visibility Improvements
Dell warranty data is now available with the Windows Workstation Inspector. Get alerts well before warranties expire and help customers understand their warranty statuses (available for Lenovo workstations as well!).
Windows Server warranty data is now included in the Windows Server Inspector! Stay on top of (and alert on) upcoming warranty expirations for some of your customers’ most valuable pieces of hardware.
Deploying and managing Liongard Agents in bulk is now significantly easier since we’ve minimized MSI requirements, added new in-app bulk actions, and improved key elements of our user experience. Take a look at our Endpoint Visibility Inspectors and start adding data about your Windows Workstations, Windows Servers and Linux Servers to your Liongard instance.
Platform Improvements
Pre-built (beautiful) Power BI templates are now available for you to use. Enjoy these six templates as a launching-off point for your own exploration into visualizing and drilling down into Liongard’s Deep Data.
