Liongard Announces New Board Member, Full-Time CFO, and Director of Worldwide Channel & Alliances

NEW HIRES EXPECTED TO FURTHER BOOST LIONGARD’S RUNAWAY GROWTH FIGURES IN 2020 FOLLOWING THE COMPANY’S 700% CLIENT GROWTH IN 2019

January 21 2020, Houston, TX – Liongard, an automated documentation provider for managed service providers (MSPs), announces two significant hires as well as a new member of their board. Josh Tabin has stepped into the full-time CFO role, Casey Higgins will be joining as Director of Worldwide Channel and Alliances, and Paul Chisholm will join the board.

Mr. Tabin brings over two decades of experience to Liongard, having previously worked as a finance executive at AT&T, Rackspace, and RigNet. Since 2006, Tabin has provided interim and part-time CFO services to numerous early and later-stage companies throughout the United States. Tabin also has deep ties to the Houston start-up community, having been a founding member of Start-Up Houston and a mentor at The Houston Technology Center, Surge Accelerator, and Station.

Mr. Higgins carries 10 years of experience as Vice President of Partner Experience at ConnectWise. In that role, Higgins partnered with a variety of technology vendors and distributors ensuring that MSPs had the technology they needed to be successful, making him a perfect fit for this new role.

As former chairman and CEO of mindSHIFT Technologies, Mr. Chisholm has a wealth of leadership experience in IT and telecommunications. After receiving his MBA from Babson College in 1982, Chisholm began to provide business and telecom consulting to various venture capital firms. Now with over thirty years of experience in building and operating business services companies, Chisholm will become an integral member of the Liongard board.

“Our previous experience working with Josh, Casey, and Paul made them the obvious choice for all roles,” said Joe Alapat, Founder and CEO at Liongard. “When we work with MSPs, we focus on providing the automation and documentation solutions they need to scale profitably. These new team members each have the right know-how to help our partners achieve their revenue growth potential. We couldn’t be happier to have them on board.”

Liongard has achieved substantial growth since its founding, increasing the number of clients they work with from 100 in 2018 and approaching 700 at the end of 2019.
